What an exhausting week! It was a short work-week, yet I was physically and mentally exhausted. Did I mention that Starbucks’ new blonde espresso kept me up until 2:30 AM on Wednesday night, making the week even more tiring?

But it’s Friday and super excited for the weekend and below are what I pondered about during the week.

Mixed Feelings

I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around Aziz Ansari’s scandal. I can empathize with both camps, and I’m really not sure how I feel about it or how I should feel about it.

Everything is becoming an algorithm, even our music playlist. Do I just need to accept that in the near future that I’ll be managed by algorithms?

Trump is not the only person calling media “fake news.” Apparently trust in media depends on which country you live in.

Youtube decided to ban the small creators from its advertising platform, which I’m torn about. I love rooting for the underdogs, yet I understand that it was a business decision.

Interesting read on game changing beauty products, although I don’t agree 100%.

Super excited about second season of Handmaid’s Tale’s premiering on April 25th and can’t wait to see how the world of Gilead evolves.
