I purchased a Philips Airfryer a couple of days ago and I’ve been scouring the internet for easy yet tasty recipes to test run my latest kitchen gadget.
For starters, my husband and I air fried sweet potatoes and it was a huge success! Quicker (no pre-heat needed), easier (just pop them in the air fryer), and tastier than roasting them in the oven.
Next, I tried roasting chickpeas. I wasn’t as successful, mostly because I didn’t have all the ingredients that the recipe called for but not giving up yet.
I then air fried tofu for my salad — I went a bit overboard with the corn starch, but it turned out better than my chickpeas last night.
